6 sheets of brick pastry
100 g cooked shrimp
1 large onion
30 g of parsley
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Wayfort chili pepper puree (hot or mild)
Cut your onion and shallots into strips, chop the garlic and parsley
Chop your shrimps.
Brown all this in a frying pan with your olive oil during 2 to 3 min without forgetting to add your chilli puree, salt, pepper once all this ready, to reserve.
Spread the sheets of brick on your work plan arrange all your ingredients precooked.
Roll your sheets of brick or then, make the shape that suits you best, triangle or round if it is round, close them with picks free to you.
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Your shrimp crisps are ready to be served. Enjoy!
